I am starting a series called Pinsday where every Wednesday I do something from my pinterest (link under the links tab). I was inspired to do this because the other day I was going through my food board looking for something easy to make for dinner and realized that I haven't made or done practically anything from my pinterest, so I have a couple of goals in making these posts: 1. Actually make the things on my pinterest. 2. Become a better cook/baker. I'm not only going to do recipes, I am going to try to do crafts and "life hacks" too it's just that I'm not good at cooking and I am good at crafts. So lets get started. Ok, so these were super difficult and took forever but omg nothing beats a fresh baked croissant! Here is a link to the recipe that I used. She said that she would reduce the amount of salt if she were to make them again so I only used 1 teaspoon of salt instead of 1 and a half which I think made mine a little plain. But I think I did a pretty good job for my first try making a difficult pastry. What is your favorite pastry? Also let me know if you try this recipe! xoxo Natalie
