1. FriendsI've seen probably all of the Friends episodes on late night Nick but I want to watch them all in order and from the beginning. 2. Sex and the CitySex and the City is like crack to me. I have seen the movies about 100 times at least and I've seen all the episodes and having the one touch access to them would be wonderful. 3. Gilmore GirlsI always hear about how much people love this show and I never got into it while it was on TV so it'd be sweet if they were put on Netflix. 4. Scooby DooI could watch Scooby Doo all day every day. Since I don't have Boomerang at my apartment it'd be sick if they were on Netflix. 5. Princess DiariesI just love these movies! 6. Are you afraid of the dark?Classic high quality 90s TV show. If you've never watched it you really need to. 7. Modern FamilyI've only seen two episodes and they were hilarious and so I have to catch up!! 8. GirlsI've heard Girls is amazing. 9. Game of ThronesObviously I really missed out on this one. All I ever hear people talk about is Game of Thrones so I want to watch them all so I can know what the hype is about. What shows or movies do you wish were on Netflix? xoxo Natalie1. Olaf as Disney princessesI was laughing so hard looking at these . 2. What would happen if the world had no oxygen3. How Frozen should have ended4. BrozenI just realized that this whole post is basically frozen stuff.... #sorrynotsorry xoxo NatalieWhenever people hear that I go to Virginia Tech there are always some responses I expect to hear... "Wow that is such a great school you must be very smart" "Go hokies!" "Do you go to the football games they must be fun" ...and of course I almost always hear people comment on the shooting. Most people are very respectful and understand that it is something we treat very seriously. Some people are ignorant and say comments like "wow do you wear a bullet proof vest to class?" (yes I have gotten that before). Since today marks the 7 year anniversary of the tragedy I thought it would only be appropriate to post about it. It is a shame that such a wonderful university has something so horrible in its past. I think though that with any situation it is important to look on the bright side even when there seems like there isn't one. Virginia Tech has the most wonderful community of students and faculty out of any school, hands down, and that's why I chose to call this place my home. April 16th didn't break us, it didn't make us weak, it made us strong. We are the Hokie Nation, we will prevail. I remember as a freshman going to the candlelight vigil. It was so sad to hear the stories of each of the 32 people who died. One story that really stood out for me was the story of one of the professors who helped get all of his students to safety first and then died because he couldn't get himself to safety. That's what a true Hokie is. I think it's important to remember the people that day that when faced with evil still decided to do the right thing. After the whole ceremony was over people started to chant "Lets go" "Hokies" and it was one of the most beautiful moments of my college career. It was like I could hear the community come together in support. Here is a video from the candle light vigil that happened two days after the shooting. One of the people who died in the shooting was one of my sorority sisters, Maxine Turner. Although I never knew her personally, I hope that one day I'll be able to meet her in heaven and thank her for starting the sorority that means so much to me and so many other girls. Me and all my sisters are her legacy. Supporting women in engineering through sisterhood is her legacy, and we will never forget her. Here is another video that I absolutely love. This video perfectly captures how anyone related to Virginia Tech feels about the tragedy. We are sad but we are strong. And I'll end with my all time favorite quote associated with Virginia Tech. Go Hokies! xoxo NataliePS. I totally was crying while I wrote this so please excuse if it's not my highest quality post. I have a lot of things I wanted to say and not a lot of space to say it so my thoughts are a little jumbled.
